I received a B.S. in civil engineering from Purdue University with an emphasis in structures and foundations. I also have an M.B.A. from Butler University with a concentration in finance. In addition to my education, I bring 17 years of engineering experience and 15 years of real estate experience to aid your transaction. My engineering experience includes road and traffic projects, along with subdivision design. My real estate experience includes time with a national real estate brokerage and a local custom homebuilder. Susan received a B.A. and an M.A. from Butler University. I have known Susan for some time as she is my mother. She received her real estate license in 1984. In addition, she has personal experience with rental properties. These types of transactions take a special touch. Susan also has experience with older homes. Upon purchasing her 1918 era home several years ago, she and my father set out to revitalize it.
